- 5.2 oz per square yard 2 ply laminate of woven polyester and breathable PTFE membrane
- EMS scissor pocket on right leg with flap and hook and loop closure
- bellowed cargo pocket on left leg with flap and hook and loop closure
- 12" leg zippers with storm flap and hook and loop closure
- 2" Scotchlite triple trim is attached around leg bottoms
- padded knees
- elasticized back waist
- belt loops
